Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role: We're looking for an elegant, guest-focused FOH Host to welcome diners and help shape a smooth, enjoyable restaurant experience. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for relaxed yet elevated service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, managing both reservations and walk-ins.
- Escort guests to tables, present menus and support a well-paced seating flow.
- Oversee reservation systems, guest information and seating plans.
- Coordinate closely with restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to keep service seamless.
- Anticipate guest needs, manage special requests and support VIP experiences.
- Maintain host stations, menus and guest areas to high presentation standards.
- Support with setting up the dining room and assist during busy periods.
