With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, and destination rooftop bar, this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced, inspiring, and detail‑driven Head of Food & Beverage to lead the full F&B operation of our newly refurbished flagship hotel. You’ll be the heartbeat of our guest experience, setting the tone across restaurants, bars, lounges and events. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, bringing operational expertise, commercial awareness and people‑first leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the strategic direction of all F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless service and consistent guest satisfaction
- Mentor, coach and develop the F&B management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Driving commercial performance through effective cost control, forecasting, revenue optimisation and margin management
- Acting as the champion for guest feedback, responding promptly and professionally
- Manage stock, ordering, and inventory to ensure full readiness for service
- Recruiting, onboarding and coaching an exceptional F&B team
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing levels and resources to support efficient and high-quality operations
- Manage departmental payroll and scheduling to align with operational and budgetary goals
- Upholding The Imperial brand standards and helping bring the guest experience to life
Who You Are:
- You will have proven leadership experience as an F&B Director, Assistant Director of F&B or Head of F&B and have ideally worked in a new opening hotel environment
- Be passionate about delivering memorable hospitality experiences
- Able to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and teams
- Hands‑on, adaptable and calm under pressure
- A natural senior leader who develops talent and inspires confidence
