About Us: We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to shape how our brands show up, not just online, but in culture. Imperial London Hotels is a family‑owned group with nearly 190 years of heritage, and we’re in a big moment of change. A new flagship hotel. A rooftop destination (Arcus). A sharper focus on family brand and storytelling. We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Marketing team at our hotels near Russell Square in central London.
As a key member of our department, you’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand and drive business growth. This role sits at the centre of that. You’ll lead our social and content approach, defining brand strategy, turning it into ideas that people actually want to watch, save and share. From planning shoots to shaping narratives, working with creators and spotting trends early, this is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading social‑first content and storytelling strategy
- Developing ideas and formats that bring the brand to life
- Working with the rest of the Brand & Marketing team on copy and content of newsletters, blogs, website and more
- Planning and delivering photo/video shoots
- Managing day‑to‑day social channels and content calendars
- Working with designers, agencies and creators
- Using insight and performance to evolve what we do
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a creative agency or strong in‑house brand team
- Thinks in ideas, not just posts
- Has a strong eye for content and storytelling
- Understands what works across platforms (and why)
- Is comfortable getting into the detail — from briefs to captions to shoot days
What you will get in return:
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Free lunch on us
- Uniform & dry‑cleaning
- Employee recognition
- Employee awards
- Social events
- Interest‑free Season Ticket Loan / Travelcard Loan
- 50% discount to friends and family in our hotels on hotel rooms & 20% discount in our restaurants (subject to availability)
- Local discounts at Gym, Dry Cleaners, Bowling and Restaurant outlets
- Early Pay – instantly access a portion of the pay you’ve already earned
- Shopping discounts across several high‑street brands and online retailers (via Each Person)
- Nursery Scheme via Each Person (subject to eligibility)
- Employee Assistance Programme – Supported by Hospitality Action
