  • Anticipate guest needs before they ask and deliver service in a calm, elevated and considerate manner
  • Support busy periods with professionalism and clear communication
  • Uphold all health, safety and security procedures
  • Contribute positively to team briefings and continuous improvement

Who You Are

  • Experienced in guest‑facing or hospitality roles with strong communication skills
  • Warm, confident and naturally guest‑focused
  • Comfortable handling luggage safely and professionally
  • A calm organiser with great attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly in English to CEFR B2 level
  • Preferably has: hotel porter/concierge experience, local area knowledge and familiarity with lifestyle or premium properties

What’s In It for You

  • 28 days holiday, rising to 33 with length of service (including bank holidays)
  • Access to ILH Training Academy programmes, apprenticeships and supported study
  • Holiday Purchase Scheme
  • Complimentary uniform dry‑cleaning, plus discounted personal dry‑cleaning
  • Interest‑free Season Ticket Loan

  • Salary sacrifice schemes including nursery care, cycle to work, and technology
  • Access to mental health first‑aiders, well‑being support and the Employee Assistance Programme
