We’re looking for a talented and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at our hotel near Russell Square in central London. As a key member of staff, you\\\’ll play an essential role in crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests. Ensure compliance with food & safety by following safe practices and maintaining high personal hygiene standards. Understand the correct usage and dosage of cleaning liquids and operate dishwashing, glass, cutlery, and other kitchen machines. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils while assisting with stock storage, deliveries, and general kitchen upkeep as needed.

- 1 Year Experience in the Hotel Industry as a Kitchen Porter
- Strong foundation in cooking techniques

Desirable (Not Essential but a Plus!):
- Level 2 Food & Safety Qualification or similar
- Experience in the hospitality or catering sector
- Strong understanding of COHH and Food Safety Regulation
