About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to run a kitchen section with confidence and consistency. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality dishes, supporting junior chefs and maintaining excellent standards throughout service.
WhatYou’llBe Doing:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification across your section.
- Lead and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
- Ensure food hygiene, allergen controls and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Control waste, portioning and stock within your section.
- Assist with menu preparation, daily mise en place and service delivery.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in a professional kitchen environment.
- Confident running a section and working in a fast‑paced service.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach.
