The Role of Food & Beverage Manager
The
Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for leading the team to ensure a memorable experience from every interaction whether at breakfast, lunch, dinner or function.
You will ensure that there is a warm welcome into any of the areas that our guests are in and that a memorable experience is created through genuine hospitality and interaction.
Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests.
A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great Beverage delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.

Food & Beverage Manager will ensure that they are fully aware of all business and that they and their team are prepared for the day, shift or event.
The role of
Food & Beverage Manager will report to the Operations Manager, this is an opportunity for an aspiring Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or an experienced Food Beverage Manager to shape the role and to have a real impact on the business.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong Food Beverage Experience and customer care skills with great communication and time management.
The candidate will need previous experience, be able to lead a team and use their own initiative.
Job Overview
As Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee all aspects of our hotel's Food & Beverage operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, optimizing guest satisfaction, and driving profitability across all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, operations, and cost control.
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences and handle high-pressure environments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
