Experienced Working Pipefitter
to join our project in Leicester anda commutable distance is essential. As a business, we carry out both
reactive and scheduled installations
across commercial sectors, including
educational buildings, offices, hospitals ,
government buildings
and a variety of other commercial sites. We are a growing business, and we are looking for someone passionate and committed, happy to get involved across different aspects of our contracts as required. Main Responsibilities Complete
pre-arranged mechanical works relating to the project. Install new heating and domestic systems . Carry out
pipefitting works
including
condensate and drainage installations . Work across
plant rooms, air handling units, chillers, cold water booster sets, shell and core risers, fan coil units , and large drainage systems. Ability to
test and snag
your own work. Communicate effectively with the office, site management, and facilities teams. Qualifications Required Full UK Driving Licence (would benefit) with experience driving in Central London. Valid CSCS card. Valid SSSTS card. DSB (would benefit) due to high security buildings. Relevant NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in
Plumbing, Heating, and / or Ventilation . Key Skills & Requirements Based within a
commutable distance of Leicester
(essential). Strong working knowledge of
commercial residential environments . High standards of workmanship and proactive problem-solving skills. Commitment to maintaining excellent
Health and Safety
standards at all times. No criminal record. Minimum of 6 years experience of pipefitting. Health and Safety Adhere to all
Company Health and Safety policies
and procedures. Ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, on-site staff, and residents. Role Details Salary:
£230.00+ per day on a
self-employed basis
dependent on experience. Hours:
General working hours 7am4pm (some flexibility depending on job location and requirements). Uniform & PPE:
Supplied and must be worn on-site.
