Job Title: Event Manager
Location: Leicester City Centre, Hybrid Working
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays)

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage complex, high-profile events with multiple components and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the planning process.
- Oversee the customer experience, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Attend events on behalf of Imperial Corporate Events and manage the onsite team.
- Lead by example, setting high standards of professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude for team members both in the office and onsite.
- The role will involve frequent travel throughout the UK, wider Europe and on an international basis, including weekends and overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management or project management within a relevant industry (e.g. corporate events, hospitality).
- A track record of successfully managing teams during live events, ensuring smooth on-site delivery.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience working with Excel, data export, mail merge and Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong face-to-face client management skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations under pressure.
Note: A full clean driving license is required for this role.
