About the Role
We are looking for an experienced results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our presence across Greater London and know how to search, pitch, and close the sale. The role is ideal for someone with a proven background in tele-calling and digital marketing, who knows how to generate leads, build relationships, and close business. This is a fast-moving position where results matter, and where you’ll have the chance to directly shape Imperial’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Generating quality leads through lead funnels, tele-calling, and digital campaigns.
- Develop a strong sales proposal and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across London’s professional and corporate sectors.
- Meeting Clients in person or online and preparing solutions that fit their needs.
- Identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to position the company ahead of the curve.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to run performance campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and social media pushes that bring in qualified leads.
- Create long-term partnerships with law firms, consultants, and healthcare providers - while nurturing repeat business.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids that convert.
- Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales activities.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years’ experience within Business Development and a proven success in tele-calling and digital marketing-driven lead generation.
- Proactive, commercially sharp, persistent in follow-ups, and relentless in closing deals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Comfortable leveraging social media, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinker with the drive to hit ambitious revenue targets.
