b Overview /b p In this role, you will oversee the Lifelong Learning departments commercial finances, acting as the operational engine for revenue capture, performance reporting, and data integrity. You will line-manage two Revenue Associates and partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions. The role balances financial control with process improvement to sustain a fast-growing, commercially ambitious function. You will shape how data and systems support cross-functional delivery and impact. This is a chance to contribute to a world-leading institution and to help unlock sustainable growth. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li sector-leading salary /li li 43 days’ annual leave /li li generous pension schemes /li li flexible working policy from day one /li li family leave packages /li li on-site leisure facilities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage day-to-day revenue collection, income tracking, payment monitoring and debt management; reconcile CRM, programme records and financial systems /li li Monitor programme and portfolio profitability via P L reporting and maintain robust financial controls for audits and compliance /li li Produce regular financial reports, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders; support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting /li li Develop and maintain reporting tools and performance indicators to drive operational and strategic decision-making /li li Maintain commercial data integrity across systems; support improvements to commercial systems and processes /li li Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance Lifelong Learnings operational effectiveness /li li Line manage two Revenue Associates and develop team capability /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience managing revenue operations, invoicing or accounts receivable processes /li li Experience producing financial analysis and management reporting for operational and commercial decision-making /li li Proven track record of implementing and improving operational processes and controls /li li Experience managing staff and developing team capability /li li Strong understanding of financial controls, revenue recognition and commercial reporting principles /li li Knowledge of CRM and business systems β€” Salesforce knowledge would be a particular advantage /li li Strong commercial and financial analytical skills with ability to interpret data and communicate recommendations /li li Excellent attention to detail and ability to interrogate data for accuracy and relevance /li li Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills /li li Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification or experience /li li An understanding of university executive education or lifelong learning environments is desirable /li /ul ul li Stakeholder management /li li Attention to detail /li li Analytical thinking /li li CRM and business systems knowledge /li li Salesforce knowledge (advantage) /li li Financial systems familiarity /li /ul
