Imperial College London is seeking an exceptional Senior Property Manager to play a pivotal role within its Real Estate Team, based at the White City Campus in London. Imperial College London is a world-leading university for science, technology, engineering, medicine and business (STEMB), where scientific imagination leads to world-changing impact. Its estate is one of the largest and most complex in the UK Higher Education sector, comprising over 500,000 sqm of academic, research, commercial, residential, and investment assets.
As Senior Property Manager, you will support the Director of Real Estate in the strategic and operational development, planning and management of Imperial’s diverse property and land interests (excluding the White City Tech Campus). You will oversee commercial, leasing, planning and legal matters across a multi-layered portfolio, ensuring Imperial’s property strategy is delivered with excellence, innovation, and long-term value.
This is a senior, influential role requiring professional expertise and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, while also leading and developing professionally qualified team members and external advisers. The role will undertake and oversee strategic and operational property and asset management activities, including acquisitions and disposals, lettings, negotiations, rent reviews, lease events, and development appraisals.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a central role in shaping Imperial’s property transactions and strategic estate activity. If you excel in complex negotiations, enjoy unlocking value through proactive asset management, and want to influence decisions across a world-class university estate, this role offers the ideal platform.
