About the role:
We are seeking an experienced educator with relevant experience to manage a multidisciplinary team of learning technologists, fostering collaboration and professional growth. The role will lead the design and development of advanced interactive learning assets, including animations, videos, simulations, and multimedia content, and act as a subject matter expert in institutional learning technologies, promoting their effective use across departments.

As the postholder, you will drive innovation in digital education by overseeing the development of inclusive and accessible learning solutions. Managing a team of learning technologists, you will enhance teaching and learning through emerging technologies, evidence-based pedagogy, and strategic collaboration. This role ensures high-quality digital resources, supports staff development, and aligns learning design with institutional goals.

The Digital Education Office (DEO) at Imperial College London develops and supports digital learning solutions to deliver the Faculty of Medicine’s vision of excellence in education. It supports a suite of blended and online programmes across the Faculty, as well as open content (MOOC) and online short courses provision.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and open-ended.
