What you would be doing
As our Business Systems and Insights Manager, you will lead the development and effective use of the Business School's CRM platform, HubSpot, supporting marketing, recruitment, and admissions teams to work more efficiently and make better use of data.
You will manage and enhance CRM functionality, develop integrations and reporting solutions, and provide guidance and training to users to ensure best practice. Working with stakeholders across the Business School and wider Imperial community, you will use data insights to improve processes, support strategic decision-making, and enhance the candidate journey.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who can combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills to maximise the value of our business systems.
You will have experience of:
- Managing and developing CRM or marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- Creating reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
- Delivering user training and encouraging adoption of new systems and processes.
- Managing data quality, governance, and compliance within a CRM environment.
- Supporting system integrations using APIs and working with technical partners.
- Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will be:
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving systems and ways of working.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
