- Provide leadership and supervise junior CRM physiologists, Physiology Associates and Cardiographers at Charing Cross hospital, which includes delegating tasks and ensuring the team is working to high professional standards
- Performing a broad range of routine and advanced cardiac physiology clinical-technical procedures and techniques including Holter analysis, Exercise Tolerance Testing and Pacing services.
- Providing organised and efficient clinical-technical input and output for diagnostic investigation services
- Supervising and training junior staff and trainees in specialised cardiac physiology techniques.
- Maintaining standards and quality in clinical-technical services, including equipment maintenance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
