We are looking for a committed Care Assistant to join our team and care for people in a variety of settings including care homes and home care. Looking for someone with outstanding communication skills, a valid driver’s license and a desire to help people.
Duties:
- Assist in developing and implementing personalised care plans
- Give personal attention to residents/clients in accordance with their care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, clothing and meal preparation
- Excellent communication with residents, clients and their families
- Keep accurate and up to date records of care given
- Safeguard the safety and welfare of those in your care
Requirements:
- Experience working in a care home or home care setting is desirable
- Good Communication skills and fluency in English
- Must have a current UK driving licence and be able to drive
- Ability to work with basic IT abilities to maintain records
