We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our External Communications team and play a key role in shaping how our business is understood by investors and other external stakeholders. This is a senior individual contributor role within a global organisation employing more than 25,000 people worldwide, offering the opportunity to work across a complex international business and partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.

You will work closely with Investor Relations, Strategy, Corporate Affairs, ESG, Company Secretariat and other key functions to develop high-quality corporate communications that bring our business strategy, performance and overarching corporate narrative to life. A major focus of the role will be corporate writing, particularly supporting the Annual Report, financial results, executive presentations and other communications aligned to the corporate financial calendar. You will join a lean, highly collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and bring additional depth and expertise in listed-company communications.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead the drafting and editing of high-quality external corporate communications, including content for the Annual Report and other key corporate channels.
  • Support the consistent delivery of the company's overarching corporate narrative across external communications activities.
  • Provide communications support for key events across the corporate financial calendar, including Full-Year and Half-Year Results, Capital Markets Days and AGMs.
  • Partner closely with Investor Relations to develop executive presentation materials, scripts and other investor-facing communications.
  • Translate complex strategic, operational and financial information into clear, engaging and impactful content for investors and broader external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across Investor Relations, Strategy, ESG, Corporate Affairs, Company Secretariat and other key functions to ensure communications are accurate, consistent and aligned.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Significant experience producing high-quality corporate communications for a FTSE 100, FTSE 250 or similarly large listed organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience writing and contributing to Annual Reports and major corporate publications over multiple reporting cycles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investor expectations and listed-company communications requirements.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capability, with the ability to translate complex strategic and financial information into clear and compelling communications.
  • Proven experience developing executive presentation scripts and corporate materials aligned with business performance, strategy and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and attention to detail, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
