This is a rare opportunity to shape how marketing is done at scale. In this role, as the Marketing Learning and Development Manager, you will sit at the heart of the global marketing organisation, helping marketers across markets grow their skills, raise standards, and apply best-in-class thinking in a practical, impactful way.
Rather than executing campaigns, you will educate, enable and influence. You will design and deliver learning experiences, create clear and usable marketing frameworks, and facilitate the exchange of best practices across markets. You will work closely with senior marketing leaders and act as a trusted partner and expert on brand building, consumer and shopper marketing excellence.

Principle Accountabilities- Design and deliver structured, tutor-led marketing capability training sessions for global and local marketers.
- Define, maintain and evolve global marketing frameworks, tools and learning pathways across consumer and shopper marketing.
- Facilitate global best-practice forums to share learnings, case studies and proven approaches across markets.
- Assess marketing capability levels, identify skill gaps, and translate them into targeted development solutions.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to embed marketing standards and best practices consistently.
- Track capability progress and effectiveness through defined KPIs, feedback loops and qualitative insights.
- Experience in marketing, with strong foundations in brand building, positioning, consumer insight and product launches.
- Ability to translate complex marketing concepts into clear frameworks, tools and practical guidance.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in global or multi-market environments, influencing without formal authority.
- High level of autonomy, professional maturity and comfort operating in a small, expert team.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, with an interest in raising marketing standards and capability.
