The Role: As Global Marketing Manager, you’ll join our London‑based Global NGP team, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and driving the global growth of brand blu. This agile, senior team works with a challenger mindset, and you’ll shape global brand equity, lead brand‑building across the US and key European markets, and identify strategic opportunities driven by consumer needs and demand shifts.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Build and activate global brand equity through campaigns, visual identity and creative assets.
  • Define and protect global brand positioning across all key marketing concepts and creative executions.
  • Use insights to guide strategy and creative development.
  • Prioritise opportunities to grow awareness, trial and equity, aligning cross‑functional plans.
  • Lead the development of all global brand content: packaging, social, PR, in‑store and OOH.
  • Support markets with brand and portfolio input for business planning.
  • Deliver global campaign creative and support activation toolkits.
  • Track brand KPIs and refine toolkits for stronger in‑market performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear actions and opportunities.
  • Validate plans against consumer needs and commercial impact to maximise ROI.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong global strategic marketing background in FMCG.
  • Experience working with regions and markets.
  • Proven leadership of global creative and branding agencies.
  • Deep understanding of category drivers, consumer needs and pricing dynamics.
  • Excellent planning, project management and stakeholder influence.
  • Strong presence in senior forums and high‑quality presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver under tight timelines.
