The Role
As E2E Planning Team Leader, you are managing a team of planners. Your team might be part of one of three pillars of the E2E Planning Team β DRP & Inventory, Operations, or Materials planning. E2E Planning is a vital part of the Global Supply Chain organization, orchestrating products and information flow within Imperial Brands’ network.
Together with your team, you will be driving operational efficiencies, participating in GSC-led projects, and strategic cross-functional initiatives with high business impact. You will enable your team to embrace processes and procedures, as well as actively drive constant improvements.
You will be a source of knowledge and experience for other Global E2E Planning team members, supporting them in their daily operations. Together with your team, you will be at the center of the integrated planning process, playing an important role in it daily.
You will be responsible for the planning activities across various Imperial categories, driving customer fulfillment, leading relationships with markets, and coordinating across different areas of the supply chain, enabling Imperial performance.
Principle Accountabilities
- Ensures Market Supply Effectiveness β Monitors and mitigates supply risks, ensuring capacity aligns with demand.
- Optimizes Stock Parameters β Oversees stock calculations and updates, challenging forecasts to improve inventory accuracy.
- Drives Performance Analysis & Forecast Accuracy β Identifies opportunities and risks by analyzing market trends and forecast deviations.
- Collaborates on Product Launches & Distribution β Works with materials and production planning teams to track new launches and integrate performance insights.
- Develops Dashboards & Reporting for S&OP β Provides key supply chain metrics such as stock levels, OTIF, and forecast fulfillment rates.
- Leads Continuous Improvement & Team Development β Implements process enhancements, drives efficiency, and may manage a team, ensuring high performance and development.
Skills and Experience Required
- Supply Chain Experience β Experience in supply chain planning (distribution, production, or material), preferably within FMCG.
- Team Leadership β Experience in managing a team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
- Technical Skills β Proficiency in planning software, SAP, or JDA.
- Project Management β Experience in project management is an advantage.
- Communication & Process Orientation β Excellent communication skills with a process-oriented and team-driven approach.
- Educational Background β Graduate degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
