Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting contractor operations? Imperial Brands – a global FMCG leader with 25,000 employees worldwide – is seeking aContingent Workforce Operations Specialistto join our Bristol-based team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Operations. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of the contractor lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and excellent stakeholder coordination in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
This role will be offered as a 6 month Fixed Term Opportunity
Principle Accountabilities
- Maintain accurate contractor records and workflows across our ATS and HR systems, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Act as the central liaison between our Managed Service Provider (MSP), People Leaders, and HR to coordinate contractor onboarding and queries.
- Support onboarding activities, including documentation collection, system access setup, and induction arrangements.
- Monitor contractor volumes and compliance metrics, providing regular reports to support governance and decision-making.
- Organise and support governance meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely documentation of outcomes.
- Assist with interview scheduling and offer ad hoc administrative support to the wider permanent recruitment team.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience managing contractors or temporary workforce processes.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using HR systems or ATS platforms, ideally Workday or TalentLink.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks related to contingent workforce management is advantageous.
