The Role

In this position, you will work on Next Generation Products (NGP) across multiple regions, supporting market expansion, portfolio strategy, and commercial performance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring strategy to life and influence key business decisions. Principle Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with regional and market teams to align strategy with execution and business priorities
  • Support planning & delivery of new market entries ensuring alignment with commercial and operational requirements
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to deliver marketing and business objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the development of regional strategies based on consumer, market, and business insights
  • Share and adopt best practices to enhance effectiveness across markets
