Would you like to be part of an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees? As a Regional Insights Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape insight-driven decision‑making across a dynamic, multi‑market region. We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Consumer Insights professional to join our AAACE Insights team and make a real impact from day one.
In this role, you’ll act as a key connector bringing teams together and aligning regional priorities with cluster and central strategies to ensure a clear, unified direction. You’ll go beyond reporting - bringing data to life through compelling analysis, uncovering actionable insights, and directly shaping key commercial decisions across multiple markets. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy turning complex data into clear, strategic direction, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Own and elevate regional performance reporting — deliver clear, accurate insights on market size, share, and performance, translating data into meaningful business stories.
- Partner with Commercial, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and Global Supply Chain teams to identify growth opportunities and risks, enabling smarter, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Design and build impactful dashboards and tools that bring data to life and enable faster, more confident decision‑making across the business.
- Shape strategic consumer insight projects, contributing to innovation forums and ensuring insights directly influence future growth plans.
- Collaborate with global category and insights teams to align best practices, ensuring consistency and excellence across markets.
- Lead high‑impact deep dives for senior stakeholders, providing sharp, actionable insights to support key leadership discussions and decisions.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Bring strong experience in Business Intelligence and Insights, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, commercially impactful recommendations.
- Confidently work with large, multi‑market datasets, distilling complexity into simple, actionable insights that drive decision‑making.
- Apply strong commercial acumen, ideally with experience in pricing, financials, and market dynamics within FMCG or a similarly regulated industry.
- Act as a true business partner, confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders across regions, functions, and seniority levels.
- Combine structure and attention to detail with a proactive mindset, spotting risks and opportunities ahead of time rather than just reporting results.
- Work independently and at pace using tools like Excel and Power BI, thriving in a fast‑moving, sometimes ambiguous environment while maintaining high‑quality output.
