The Role

You'll champion brand consistency across every touchpoint, lead direct-to-consumer activations, and turn strategy into bold, integrated campaigns that truly connect with target audiences. Working alongside talented brand, category, insights, and engagement teams—as well as top-tier creative and media agencies—you’ll help steer a lead market, influence best practice across the wider group, and track the KPIs that keep our brands winning. It's a role for someone who loves making things happen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to turn big ideas into standout consumer experiences.
Please note: This is a 1 year fixed term contract position. Based at our Bristol Head quarters where we work on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days per week in the office.
Principle Accountabilities
- Media Activation Leadership: Own the planning and execution of all consumer-facing media activations across Out-of-Home, Proximity, In-store and Partnership touchpoints, while proactively identifying opportunities to grow brand awareness and consideration.
- Integrated Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external creative and media agencies to build integrated, insight-driven campaigns aligned to consumer typology, brand strategy and EVP portfolio priorities.
- Budget Ownership & Governance: Manage the full media activation budget, ensuring plans meet agreed financial targets and all investments are approved, while supporting wider teams on new initiatives across Digital, Trade Activation and other consumer-facing areas.
- Performance Measurement & Insights: Develop brand and campaign KPIs, lead quarterly performance monitoring with insights and media partners, and provide clear recommendations to strengthen brand equity, awareness and campaign effectiveness.
- Brand Stewardship & D2C Activation: Act as a guardian for all consumer-facing assets and activation materials, owning the development of direct-to-consumer activations and ensuring agile responses to market shifts or legislative changes.
- Innovation, Launch Support & Partnerships: Support planning for new product launches within the EVP Category team, manage brand partnerships including contract renewals and activation, and ensure all partners meet contractual requirements.
