The Role

With the support of over 25,000 passionate employees worldwide, as AGP Compliance Specialist you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science, regulation, and technology—reviewing product materials, collaborating with internal experts and external suppliers, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge IT systems that drive our data-led approach.

Principle Accountabilities
- Drive Timely Product Assessments: Monitor and manage incoming product material and specification approval requests, ensuring swift progression to meet key performance targets.
- Collaborate with Suppliers for Key Data: Liaise with external suppliers to gather essential material information for AGP assessments, including facilitating Confidentiality Agreements where needed.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Review requests against internal standards and country-specific legislation, helping maintain our commitment to global regulatory compliance excellence.
- Support Risk Assessment Processes: Compile detailed information for AGP toxicologists, manage document archiving, and coordinate with internal teams on change control and reporting.
- Champion System and Process Improvements: Actively engage in the development and testing of new systems/software, contribute to LEAN initiatives, and help shape smarter, more efficient compliance systems and workflows.
- Be a Key Communication Link: Keep stakeholders informed on assessment progress and support ad hoc queries, playing a vital role in maintaining transparency and trust across teams.
Skills and Experience Required
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proven experience working with large datasets and complex data analysis, with confidence navigating various database systems.
- Tech-Savvy Approach: Strong computer literacy, especially in databases, and a keen interest in contributing to IT system development and testing. Able to translate user needs into written requirements for software developers to enable winning systems solutions to be created.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: A methodical and structured working style, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Clear & Professional Communicator: Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance & Scientific Awareness: A background in science or technical disciplines is beneficial, though not essential—what matters most is your curiosity and commitment to compliance.
- Deadline-Driven & Adaptable: Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible mindset and a proactive attitude.
