The Role

In this key role, you’ll lead and support sensory and consumer research through our Sense Hub and external partnerships—translating insights into actionable recommendations that guide product development and innovation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality research that informs strategic decisions and supports our Next Generation Products pipeline.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Insight-Driven Impact: Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Engage effectively with team members, research peers, and senior stakeholders through clear and confident communication.
  • Insightful Reporting: Design and deliver impactful reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights and support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with Sensory & Consumer Science and cross-functional teams to apply relevant, forward-thinking research methods.
  • Trusted Research Partner: Serve as a key point of contact for EVP and NGP research, ensuring alignment and excellence in delivery.
  • Passion for Consumer Understanding: Lead the design and execution of research that uncovers fresh, meaningful consumer insights across categories.

  • Strong Project Management: Skilled in planning and managing research projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in statistical analysis with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
