Senior Product Stewardship Manager
Imperial Brands PLC is hiring a Senior Product Stewardship Manager to lead scientific stewardship across product safety and compliance.
Principle Accountabilities
- Lead Scientific Stewardship Teams: Oversee Pre‑Market Stewardship and Product Characterisation teams, ensuring robust assessments and regulatory compliance.
- Drive Scientific Strategy: Shape future methodologies, systems, and processes for product stewardship across categories.
- Collaborate for Innovation: Partner with Innovation to streamline development and deliver high‑quality, consumer‑centric products.
- Leverage Safety Data: Use scientific insights to build consumer trust and elevate brand credibility.
- Communicate with Impact: Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives across all levels of the business.
- Foster Excellence: Champion a high‑performance culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills and Experience Required
- A degree in a scientific discipline related to toxicology with demonstrable relevant experience.
- Proven people leadership experience, managing teams of subject matter experts.
- Strong credibility and influence at senior management and director level.
