Imperial Brands is looking for a Regional Field Sales Executive to cover Livingston and South Edinburgh, Scotland. Field‑based role; candidates must be able to travel to customer sites across Scotland, preferably living in Livingston or Edinburgh or surrounding areas. All candidates must hold a valid Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business across Retail Independent, Convenience, Multiple stores, Key Accounts and Wholesale.
  • Partner with retail outlets, establishing excellent relationships and having value‑adding conversations to sell new products.
  • Drive customer advocacy by achieving sales, market share, distribution, availability and coverage targets within the defined area.
  • Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities to customers to improve space allocation and visibility of Imperial brands on shelf.
  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding category and shopper behaviour in-store.
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability and coverage targets within the defined area and ensure trade incentives and activities are used effectively.

Qualifications

  • Previous or current face‑to‑face sales experience within an FMCG business.
  • Experience building face‑to‑face relationships and selling to retailers or wholesalers.
  • Able to set and meet stretch targets.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with proven ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Supportive team player with understanding of wider team goals.
  • Pro‑active, able to manage time and resources effectively and work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Must hold a valid Full driving licence.
