Are you ready to help us unlock further efficiency to fuel our growth? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Transformation Lead to join our global FMCG organization, supported by 25,000 employees. The role supports the Fuel for Growth programme, driving cost reduction and efficiency in our global indirect spend.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Drive collaboration within the Procurement Leadership Team, category teams, senior internal stakeholders, and external consulting partners to execute the Fuel for Growth Programme.
- Initiative Execution & Tracking: Coordinate key initiatives with regular tracking, monitoring, and reporting to keep the programme on track.
- Workstream Facilitation: Manage day-to-day operations, act as the escalation point for issues, and resolve them within Global Procurement.
- Resource Identification & Engagement: Identify and engage stakeholders and resources to complete planned activities within the programme\’s phased timeframe.
- Data Collection & Tool Support: Support data collection and provide access to relevant tools and systems to drive informed decision-making.
- Insight & Best Practices: Offer insights, recommendations, and lessons learned to guide best practices and drive success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strategic Visionary: Proven strategic thinking to guide teams on transformative journeys.
- Indirect Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of indirect procurement categories from prior procurement roles or related initiatives.
- Program Management: Coordination, analytical, planning, and reporting skills; ideally with cost transformation and Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) experience.
- Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of ZBB, strategy, finance, and proficiency in accounting and financial statements.
- Procurement Insight: Knowledge of procurement and related support functions to drive success.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills at executive levels.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage conflict, and meet tight deadlines.
