Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to make an impact in a global organisation? Imperial Brands is looking for a proactive professional to join our Global Mobility Team on a 9-month fixed-term basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our international mobility programmes, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and high-quality service for our globally mobile employees. This is your chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international environment, working alongside senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams while contributing to projects that touch every corner of our business.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Monitor and manage the Business Traveller mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Review and update assessments in the business traveller tool, maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
  • Create templates, notifications, and reports for People ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; experience with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
  • Experience working in a structured administrative or support role, preferably within HR, payroll, or global mobility functions.
