As a Field Sales Executive you’ll represent our brands directly in the field and make an impact every day, working alongside Regional Field Sales Executives for support.

Work with independent retailers and key wholesale accounts, building relationships and driving sales while enjoying unrivalled training, mentoring, and ongoing support to thrive.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver on the business’s KPIs across Key Accounts, Wholesale and Independent Retailers.
  • Build an in‑depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.
  • Partner with key accounts, independents and wholesalers, establishing excellent relationships and engaging in value‑add conversations to sell new products.
  • Build customer advocacy for our brands by educating retailers on market and industry legislation.
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability and coverage targets within your defined area; optimise trade incentives and activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities through enhanced knowledge of category and shopper behaviour in‑store.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous and/or current face‑to‑face sales experience within an FMCG business.
  • Experience building face‑to‑face relationships and selling products/services to retailers.
  • Able to set and meet self‑stretching targets.
  • Excellent communication, people skills and proven ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Supportive team player who understands wider team goals and how to impact them.
  • Pro‑active, time‑management skills, initiative, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel across the West Midlands and surrounding areas, ideally based in Birmingham or nearby.
  • Overnight stays may be required to support other locations when needed.
