Demand Forecasting Analyst (12-Month FTC) (m/f/d)

Join our Insights & Intelligence team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. As the Demand Forecasting Analyst, you’ll deliver accurate market share and volume insights across multiple product groups – including our leading Combustibles brands – turning data into decisions that influence the entire organisation.

Working closely with teams across the UK & Irish Clusters, you’ll create and deliver forecasts that drive performance, meet KPIs, and enable smarter, faster decisions. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where your analysis will directly shape strategy and outcomes.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Bring together internal and external data to predict future consumer trends and their impact on our volumes and market share.
  • Track product launches, lifecycles, and new introductions to build accurate cluster forecasts.
  • Factor in local events, competitor moves, and distributor activities to keep forecasts sharp and relevant.
  • Create volume and share forecasts across multiple categories, reflecting market trends and consumer dynamics.
  • Share your insights through engaging presentations, guiding senior stakeholders in making key business decisions.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to align forecasts with manufacturing capacity, financial planning, and scenario modelling.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong analytical mindset – able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of what drives demand shifts and market changes.
  • Comfortable applying insights to recommend improvements and new approaches.
  • Highly numerate with attention to detail, ensuring accurate forecasts and ROI calculations.
  • Skilled at building relationships across countries and functions, with clear and influential communication.
  • Confident in presenting ideas (PowerPoint, Excel) and engaging senior stakeholders; experience in supply chain or business planning is a plus.
