As part of our Consumer Research Centre of Excellence, you’ll coordinate high-impact research projects that guide our global brand and category strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, working with cross-functional teams to turn insights into meaningful outcomes.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Design and deliver consumer research projects to uncover actionable insights that support marketing and brand choices
  • Explore consumer behaviour trends and market dynamics to offer thoughtful recommendations
  • Work closely with Marketing, Innovation, and Business Strategy teams to embed insights into important initiatives
  • Manage research agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality methodologies and results
  • Embrace new research tools like self-service platforms to improve efficiency and impact
  • Promote consistency in research standards and best practices across global and regional projects
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience in consumer research, insights, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent relationship-building skills in a global, matrixed environment
  • Ability to work across different regions and time zones, collaborating with cross-functional teams
