Are you a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and driving meaningful change? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join Imperial Brands on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. Joining an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees worldwide, you will play a key role in partnering with leaders to shape people strategies, support transformation, and drive business performance across a complex and dynamic environment. Principle Accountabilities

  • Partner with leadership teams to understand business priorities and deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned to business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all areas of HR.
  • Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, escalating where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and wider business stakeholders to ensure alignment and best practice.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance, and development while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience within a Senior HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a complex or matrix organisation.
  • Strong employee relations and organisational change management experience.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
