This is a unique opportunity to support the growth and day‑to‑day management of Zone and Rizla across the UK&I market—working closely with the Category Manager OND & OTP to bring strategy to life through best‑in‑class execution across digital, social, partnerships, activations, and in‑store experiences. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our brands show up consistently and impactfully across all touchpoints—translating brand strategy into compelling campaigns, supporting standout retail execution, and helping to shape how our brands connect with consumers in a fast‑evolving landscape.
Working alongside brand, trade marketing, category, insights, and agency partners, you’ll gain end‑to‑end exposure to brand building—supporting campaign delivery, identifying new opportunities for engagement, and driving excellence across all executions. It’s a role for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and excited to take ownership while learning directly from senior brand leadership. Please note: This is a 12‑month secondment position based at our Bristol Headquarters, where we work on a hybrid basis of 2–3 days per week in the office. Principle Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end brand management for Zone and Rizla, leading integrated campaign delivery across digital, trade, activation, and partnership channels with a consistently high standard of execution.
- Drive digital and social media strategy, overseeing agency and internal teams to deliver on‑brand content and continuously optimise campaign performance.
- Partner with Trade Marketing and commercial teams to deliver best‑in‑class in‑store execution, ensuring impactful brand visibility and consumer experiences at point of purchase.
- Identify and manage high‑impact brand partnerships and activations that build brand equity, drive awareness, and deepen consumer engagement.
- Lead agency and stakeholder relationships across creative, media, activation, and trade—ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief, on brand, and on time.
- Monitor brand KPIs and campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights that sharpen future strategy and protect brand consistency across all consumer‑facing outputs.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or trade marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated campaign execution across digital and physical channels.
- Deep knowledge of digital and social media marketing, with the ability to lead agency partners and leverage performance data to optimise results.
- Experience delivering in‑store and trade marketing activity, with a solid grasp of retail execution principles and commercial dynamics.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional workstreams and hold multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and a high attention to detail.
- Analytically minded with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for brand building and consumer culture.
