We're currently recruiting a Site Engineer to join a growing engineering team, supporting our customers site in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys varied, autonomous work, building relationships with customers while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment
- Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and parts management
- Deliver excellent customer service on-site, acting as a company ambassador
- Identify upsell opportunities and additional work where appropriate
- Ensure full health safety compliance at all times
About You
We're looking for candidates with a strong engineering mindset and practical experience, ideally from one of the following backgrounds:
