Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for approved vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR, sourcing teams, and recruitment leadership.
- Develop and support recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage recruitment activities independently while following established processes.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Identify recruitment challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Improve the candidate experience through stakeholder collaboration.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and hiring data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing recruitment insights and feedback.
- Required skills
- Intermediate Candidate Relationship Management (required).
- Intermediate knowledge of Candidate Assessments and Recruiting Processes (preferred).
- Some recruitment coordination experience is beneficial.
- Suitable for a junior recruiter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Ideal candidate profile
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable analysing recruitment data and reporting on hiring activity.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
