The Client's Flex MBA is transitioning from a fully online programme to hybrid delivery, with both in-person and online module deliveries. The programme policies, procedures, communications and processes need to be reviewed and updated in light of the new delivery model and an anticipated increase in student numbers.
The MBA Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the MBA Programme Team, which forms part of the wider School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team. The role will guide and coach the team to successfully deliver projects accurately, to schedule, and to an excellent standard. In doing so, the role holder will work closely with the Programme Director in particular to understand the vision and brief / required spec, as well as the Teaching and Learning Manager, who has overall responsibility for the administration of the School's teaching programmes.
Duties and responsibilities
- Effective day-to-day supervision of the MBA Programme Administration team and associated programme tasks.
- Guide the team on planning, resourcing, best practice and decision making.
- Lead the team in developing smarter and efficient ways of working.
- Mentor and motivate the programme team, meeting regularly and providing feedback on practices and outputs.
