Design electronic test equipment used on complex missile systems. This role focuses on designing and delivering electronic test equipment and test systems, supporting them from concept through development and into manufacture.
- Designing electronic test equipment and test systems for advanced weapon platforms
- Producing schematics, PCB designs, and compliant engineering documentation
- Supporting designs through manufacture, including engineering changes and production issues
- Acting as the technical interface between Design Engineering and Manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience designing electronic or test equipment systems
- Strong background in digital and/or analogue electronics
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design
- Ability to work in structured, regulated engineering environments
- Exposure to power electronics, RF, safety electronics or test systems
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production line activities
- Technically challenging, hands-on electronics design work
- Clear ownership of design work packages
- Opportunity to see designs transition into real-world manufacture
