NOTES:
- Maintain the shared BSA Research email inbox
- Coordinate mentoring sessions of research-active staff
- Advise staff on uploading research outputs to the Research Publications Service (RPS) and monitoring staff compliance
- Alert relevant researchers to funding opportunities
- Support the management and administration of internal research funds
- Work in partnership with the BSA Research Manager and Finance team to provide effective research budgets management
- Monitor and process transactions and expenditures for research grant budgets
- Provide financial data and advice on budgets to research staff
- Create and submit purchase requisitions for the department and receipting goods
- Coordinate the set-up of new suppliers and account codes
- Handle sales invoices and liaise with central Finance to ensure these have been paid
- Organise and minute meetings such as those of the Architecture Research Fund Committee
- Maintain the School's research-related web presence, including e.g. on The Bartlett website, RPS and BSA SharePoint
- Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks

The Research Finance Administrator will proactively contribute to the development and implementation of the Bartlett School of Architecture's research, enterprise, and relevant finance activities.
