Job purpose: Responsible for providing HR advice to Housing managers across a range of HR issues and the wider organization in providing support to the Corporate HR Lead and HR Business Partners.
Responsible for the delivery of HR specific projects and the provision of accurate people data across the Housing service.
Core accountabilities: Provide recruitment support to managers for example assisting with the development of job descriptions and adverts, liaison with the recruitment advertising agency and recruitment coordinators, being part of interview panels where required and liaison with employment agencies where necessary.
