Guidant Global is partnering with Airbus to recruit a Supply Chain Business Controller to join their Industrial Supply Chain business management team in Broughton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the centre of a globally recognised organisation, supporting key decision‑making across logistics, transport, and supply chain operations. You'll gain strong visibility across the business while developing a deeper understanding of large‑scale, complex supply chain environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Operational Planning (OP) activities in collaboration with central finance teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on budgets, resources, and performance across operational teams
  • Leading and coordinating the resource management network across Supply Chain Operations, working closely with HR and Finance
  • Producing insightful analysis and decision‑making materials on resource strategy (including workforce planning, attrition, and diversity)
  • Contributing to make vs. buy strategies and wider competitiveness improvement projects
  • Driving improvements in financial tracking, reporting accuracy, and governance processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a large or complex organisation, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence across multiple teams
  • Experience of financial planning, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in enhancing processes and reporting capability

Desirable:

  • Experience in governance processes or financial controls
  • Knowledge of macros or advanced data tools
