About the role

We're looking for an experienced Building Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value, site-based construction projects in Belfast. This is a client-side role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early concept through to successful handover, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards - working closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

As a Building Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, including:

  • Leading client-side construction projects from feasibility and design through to completion and handover
  • Developing and managing project delivery plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk opportunity registers
  • Providing clear leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams and stakeholders
  • Managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring resources are allocated effectively
