Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join our People Team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity for an experienced ER professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex employee relations matters across a diverse workforce. Working within a collaborative and highly experienced team, you'll provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to managers and stakeholders across multiple business areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a broad range of Employee Relations cases from start to finish.
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management and flexible working matters.
- Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and redundancy programmes.
- Providing expert guidance on TUPE transfers and consultation processes.
- End to end management of ACAS early conciliation cases, including COT3 agreements.
- Building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders to drive positive employee relations outcomes.
- Delivering practical, legally compliant advice in line with employment legislation and company policies.
- Supporting manager capability through coaching and training.
What We're Looking For
This role requires an established Employee Relations professional who is experienced operating at this level. You'll bring:
- Significant experience managing complex Employee Relations casework independently.
- Strong redundancy experience, including consultation processes and organisational change activities.
- Practical experience supporting TUPE transfers from planning through to implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality advisory service.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting multiple worker populations, business units or employment types would be highly advantageous.
