About the Role
Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are recruiting a Project Manager to join our established and highly collaborative Project Management team. This is a customer-facing role, focused primarily on delivering VMS implementations and change initiatives across the business. You will manage projects end-to-end, working closely with subject matter experts across training, communications, supply chain, and leadership teams. While the role operates independently day-to-day, you'll be part of a close-knit PM community that works together to ensure successful delivery and shared support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading customer-facing project implementations, primarily within MSP and VMS environments
- Managing project plans, RAID logs, risks, and governance documentation
- Chairing project meetings and issuing actions and follow-ups
- Coordinating multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Partnering with training and communications teams on change management activity
- Escalating issues when project tolerances are exceeded (PRINCE2-style governance)
- Managing multiple projects concurrently (typically 2-3 at a time)
Requirements
Essential:
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Hands-on experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
- Strong customer-facing project or implementation experience
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects with autonomy and structure
Desirable:
- PRINCE2-style delivery experience
- Exposure to global or multi-region projects
- Experience transitioning from account management into project management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or (url removed)
