HeadFirst / Impellam Group is looking for a Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Senior Manager to join its central Strategy team. This is a newly created, individual-contributor role working directly with the team lead service design (including new RPO and MSP propositions) and sales enablement across the business.

You will be responsible for turning service and portfolio strategy into sellable, client-ready output value propositions, decks, RFP responses, demos, website toolkits, copy and video for the sales, bids and customer success teams to use. This is a hands-on delivery role: you will take ideas from concept through to finished, polished materials yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talk to the business and understand what clients want
  • Create value propositions, pitch decks, RFP answers and client demos
  • Build toolkits for the website and write supporting copy
  • Design client-facing materials and support the creation of video content
  • Produce the assets that sales, bids and customer success teams need to promote the Group's services
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into finished materials

Skills and experience

  • Strong sales enablement experience, with a solid understanding of advertising, marketing and sales enablement within a business context
  • Excellent storytelling ability, in both written word and visual language
  • Confident, polished deck creation skills
  • A genuine hands-on doer, able to take an idea from concept to strategy to finished output without relying on a team to execute it
  • Strong PowerPoint and Canva skills, with a good working understanding of LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT
  • Experience in talent acquisition, talent solutions or the recruitment sector very desirable
  • Broad, multi-disciplinary marketing craft skills: copywriting, visual design and storytelling
  • An authentic, plain-spoken communication style and comfortable using analogies and metaphors to help a story land with a client

You will join a small, hands-on, craft-led team where all work is created in-house and the team values people who enjoy doing the craft of marketing personally. This is a global, central role supporting a platform and talent ecosystem spanning multiple markets.

If you have a background in sales enablement, product marketing or B2B marketing, and enjoy creating client-facing materials from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy or maternity or age.
