Guidant Global is looking for an experienced and relationship driven Client Services Manager to lead service delivery for one of our established RPO programmes in the Milton Keynes area. This is a key hire offering the chance to step into a highly visible, strategic account management role. You will be fully embedded within the account, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive excellence and ensure fulfilment. The role blends strategic ownership with hands on operational leadership, ensuring our service consistently meets and exceeds SLAs and KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the account strategy, shaping and guiding the success of the programme
  • Managing senior client relationships, attending review meetings, and providing subject matter expertise
  • Overseeing the fulfilment of recruitment activity by working collaboratively with delivery, supply chain, and internal brand partners
  • Ensuring all aspects of compliance, quality and contractual obligations are met
  • Taking responsibility for operational performance analysis, reporting, and proactive improvements
  • Acting as an escalation point for queries and issues, providing solutions with confidence and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Strong influencing and negotiation capability
  • Experience managing P&L or financial performance
  • MSP/RPO and recruitment/agency staffing industry experience
  • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement, service delivery, and account growth
