We are looking for an On Site Recruitment Coordinator (known as a Recruitment Business Partner) to join our Guidant Global team in Staffordshire, supporting a busy manufacturing client account. You will play a vital role in delivering the full recruitment and onboarding process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running multiple assessment centres each week
- Welcoming candidates, delivering introductions, and completing Right to Work compliance checks
- Conducting 1‑1 interviews and supporting offer decisions
- Coordinating pre‑employment medicals and accompanying candidates throughout the site
- Leading on‑site inductions twice weekly, including presenting to groups
- Supporting allocation of new starters across various site locations
- Managing recruitment administration including paperwork, onboarding packs, Excel trackers and system updates
- Working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
About You:
Although ideally within recruitment, if you have experience in any fast‑paced, people‑focused environment where you have had to use your initiative, confidence and organisational skills, then this could be a role for you. You will need to be comfortable presenting to groups and have strong admin and coordinating skills.
About the Team:
You will be joining a supportive, close‑knit team who work collaboratively and help each other keep the operation moving smoothly. There’s plenty of variety, and your contribution will have a direct impact every day. The team works onsite with our client and, due to limited public transport links, the ability to drive to site is strongly preferred.
