Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Guidant Global is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team and take ownership of a key client account. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving service excellence, building strong relationships, and ensuring successful fulfilment of all contractual commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the account strategy, ensuring service excellence and contractual compliance.
- Build strong, productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the escalation point for client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive fulfilment across all recruitment activities, including high-profile vacancies.
- Monitor and manage account performance, budgets, and P&L.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in MSP and/or staffing solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams within client accounts.
- A track record of customer engagement, delivery, and growth.
- Solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience in P&L management and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
