About the Role
We are looking for a confident, relationship driven Recruitment Business Partner to support two high profile corporate environments. This role is positioned firmly as a trusted advisor, client facing opportunity - not transactional recruitment. Your ability to influence, build partnerships, and navigate complex stakeholder networks will be central to your success. You will be joining a fast paced, high volume program supported by a collaborative Guidant team, with structured training designed to help you thrive in an advisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end to end recruitment for white collar professional contractors across two busy sites.
- Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner.
- Provide market insights and support workforce planning decisions.
- Manage supplier performance, CV quality, and pipeline activity.
- Maintain exceptional delivery standards across SLAs and KPIs.
- Work closely with internal sourcing teams to shape recruitment strategies and best practice.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience recruiting white collar contractors or professional level talent.
- Strong stakeholder management - confident, proactive, and able to influence at all levels.
- Background in MSP, RPO, or agency recruitment (agency experience highly valued for pace and resilience).
- Understanding of contingent workforce models and supplier management.
- Consultative communication style with a solutions focused approach.
- Strong networking, influencing, and relationship building ability - prioritised over direct sector experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in high volume, fast moving settings.
